Robert (Bob) Byerhof (Incumbent) 

I’ve been a credit union member since 2001.  I served 24 years for the City of Westminster in the Finance Department, including 12 years as the Treasury Manager. 

I volunteer at Urban Peak, a non-profit center
assisting young adults achieve independence. With the Credit Union’s partnership with Banzai, I'm facilitating a financial literacy program for Urban Peak clients.

I take my role as a fiduciary very seriously to ensure the financial stability of the credit union and an advocate for continuous education in all fiscal matters that impact us throughout our life.

Paul Watters (Incumbent)

I have been a member of Westminster Federal Credit Union since 2017. In 2021, I was offered the opportunity to fill a director role vacated by a departing director.

I currently work as a compliance auditor for the State of Colorado. I graduated from Colorado Christian University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2021. In 2025, I graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with an MBA in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting Analytics.

Through my education and work, I have experience with finance and accounting. If re-elected, I will continue to help ensure that the credit union will continue to provide excellent benefits to its members.
